However, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier delays, or site accessibility issues. We will communicate any delays as soon as they become known to us.
Products and installations are covered under the warranty terms specified at the time of purchase or as provided by the original equipment manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, power surges, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of work and specified in the invoice or contract. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of services or installation work.
